I am an introvert. I am very content in my own company and I embrace my inner hermit.

However, I do recognize and honour that I am a human being, and that humans are designed to live in groups (not unlike our beloved equine friends). Humans need community to thrive. I might go so far as to suggest that we need community to survive.

In my opinion, choosing one’s community should be done carefully.

Choosing with whom we share (time, space, energy, emotions, or anything else) will have a significant impact on the quality of our lives.

When it comes to healing, multiple neutral observers holding space leads to an exponential increase in the power of the transformation.

We see this in the meditation circles. The synergy is beautiful and magical.

When we gather with like minded individuals, we can also experience magical synergy.

I feel a soul tribe is being created through our work with Horsefeathers.

Our vision is to give people a place to feel supported-mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

When we gather to promote wellness and ease, we all benefit.

I urge you to follow your inner guidance system to find the people and experiences that nurture your soul. We are here for growth and expansion. We are here to love.

Enjoy the ride.
